First some update pics of the kids...
Justus is now 8 weeks old and is now starting to coo and smile. It's fun seeing how much he changes every day. We love him so much and are excited to see what personality he brings to the family.
They love holding him and often fight deciding who holds him first...
This was taken after one of those moments. We decided they would both hold him. He didn't like that too much...
Party, party, party!
My friend's little boy turned 1 and she had outdone herself with a ton of cute games and activities for the kiddies as well as all the cute decorations. I should've took more pictures...especially of the birthday boy. Sorry!
Relaxing at the beach...
Well I don't know if I'd quite call it relaxing for me since I've had #3. I don't get to really enjoy the beach since I'm usually holding baby in the shade or trying to shield him from the sun, but it's nice to get the kids out!
Family get togethers...
My cousins from Japan came to visit us during their 2 day stay in Hawaii. I haven't seen them in years! Kashus got quite attached to my uncle and kept following my him around. It was quite cute.
The theme for Dave and Amy Evans's house warming party was "Forever Young." It was 80's night and their house was completely decked out like an 80's highschool prom. We were in town most of the day and rushed back to get there an hour before the festivities ended, but not too late to strut my stuff on the dance floor. I seriously think rhythm begins to fade with age cause my body doesn't move like it used to. I think of when we used to go out dancing and I'd chuckle at the oldies trying to dance out on the dance floor...and now that's me! Oh well, we had fun while the night lasted. At least I did anyway, Dean was on the sidelines like old times observing the costumes and enjoying the music. And no he did not dress up, he was in his regular old clothes...Sooo boring...but we love him anyway.
Grandma and Auntie come to visit!
Dean's mom and Auntie came to visit us for a week. It was really nice having them here and we were sad to see them go. We are excited to see them again in June for the reunion!
The volcano exhibit had a fun little slide for the kiddies to come down.
My kids were a little scared of the dinosaur exhibit with the loud moving dinosaurs but it was fun and quite impressive!
It was my first time at the pumpkin patch in Kapolei. They had bouncies, pony rides, and hay rides for the kids but it was so windy and dusty there that we decided to pick our pumpkins and get out of there as soon as we could. Most of the pictures didn't come out very well because half the time the kids eyes were closed from the dust flying all around us. Despite the dirt and grime left on our clothes and bodies the kids enjoyed picking their own pumpkins and hanging out with their cousins.
I think this is a keeper!
